Certifications
CEAR understands the importance of staying ahead in a dynamic and evolving industry and we are constantly updating our processes to maintain our high standards of service.
Our certifications demonstrate a commitment to upholding these highest standards of environmental responsibility, health and safety, data security and overall e-waste management.
NAID AAA verifies that our electronic media sanitization and destruction services adhere to all applicable data protection laws. Both scheduled and unscheduled audits of CEAR’s processes are performed so that compliance is ensured. This certification allows customers to fulfil their regulatory obligations with confidence and safeguard their data.
The R2v3 certification comprehensively outlines best practices for electronics repair and recycling with a focus on environmental stewardship. CEAR processes all electronics locally and all outputs are sent only to audited downstream refineries. Our recycling operations promote a truly circular lifecycle of materials that are diverted from landfills and reused in new products.
TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) certification is a leadership standard that helps facilities and organizations measure, improve and recognize zero waste performance by encouraging the adoption of sustainable resource management and reduction practices. TRUE projects divert 90% or more of their waste from landfill, incineration (waste-to-energy), and the environment.
ISO 9001 gives CEAR the tools to consistently and continually monitor our operations so that we may improve quality across all different facets of our services.
The ISO 45001 certification provides guidance during health and safety assessments so CEAR is able to reduce risks throughout the operational workflow and control hazards for the protection of our employees and customers alike.
CEAR’s Environmental management system is designed to adhere to the standards set forth by ISO 14001 and gives us practical tools to monitor and improve our environmental impact.
