In 2000, CEAR witnessed the growing electronic industry as well as the rapid

for refurbishing and remarketing the electronic devices. Subsequently, CEAR also
began providing alternative solutions to conventional disposal methods for
government agencies, schools, small businesses and corporations. Processed,
reusable systems and components are remarketed to resellers, service companies
or back to the original owners. Dismantled metals and plastics from end-of-life
units are remarketed to smelting and refining companies for raw materials.
